Policies re returns and exchanges:
1. All items purchased on this site can be returned or exchanged
2. We gladly accept returns and exchanges
- Just contact Scott Sillcox ( ssillcox@rogers.com ) within 14 days of delivery to explain the situation.
- Please ship returns and exchanges back to me within 30 days of delivery. Contact me ( ssillcox@rogers.com ) to determine if it’s easiest to return your purchase to my US or Canadian address.
3. Conditions of returns and exchanges
- The seller is responsible for return shipping costs as long as the item is returned to the agreed upon location (Canada or the US).
- The buyer is responsible for making sure the returned product is properly and safely packaged.
4. We accept cancellations
- If you have ordered something but then change your mind, we will refund your payment in full if the item has not yet been shipped.
- If the item has been shipped, please see #2 above.
